Mr. Nimba Vitthal Patil is the Thane Division Advisor of Khandesh Maratha Samaj. He has been the Director of the Federation since 2008 and the Honorary Treasurer of the Federation since 2015. He has worked as an accountant in a private company for 20 years. He has worked as an administrator and election decision officer of the State Cooperative Election Authority.

Mr. Dyanu Chorge has been working as the Director of The Thane District Housing Federation Ltd. since 2015 and is working as the Hon. Secretary, Advisor and Guide in many Cooperative Housing Societies. He has also worked as an Election Officer on the Administrator Panel of the Government's Cooperative Department and the Cooperative Housing Societies Election Authority Panel.

Dr. Rajaram Jagannath Dalvi is a doctor by profession and is the Director of The Thane District Co-op. Housing Federation, Honorary Secretary of Jansevak Nagari Sahakari Patpedhi, President of Dr. Krishna Charitable Trust, Secretary of Medical Commission and Maharashtra Mushti Yudh Sanghatana, Public Service Committee, Dombivli. Jijabai Mahila Mandal, Dombivli etc. He is an advisor to organizations.

Mr. Shashikant More has worked as an officer in Thane District Co-op. Housing Federation for the last 30 years and has served as the Director and Hon. Secretary of the Housing Federation since 2009. He has extensive experience in cooperative housing societies and has worked on the Administrator Panel and the Cooperative Society Election Authority panel from the Cooperative Department of the Government. He has also been appointed as the Special Executive Officer (SEO) by the Government of Maharashtra.

Mr. Vinod Desai was the Honorary Secretary of Eicherdam Co.op. Credit Society for 15 years. He has also worked as the Director of Thane Housing Federation Ltd. since 2015. He has worked as the General Secretary of Gramodwar Mandal, Village, Tal. and District. Ratnagiri for the last 20 years. He is the General Secretary of Konkan Gram Vikas Mandal, Thane for the last 20 years. He has also been working as the President of Samarth Co. Op. Consumers Stores Ltd. for the last 5 years.

Mr. Avinash Sahdev Raul has been working as the Chairman of Bhaidaya C Wing Co. Op. Housing Society Ltd. for the last 10 years. He has been working as a Director in The Thane District Co-op. Housing Ltd. from Mira Road/Bhayander Division since 2015. He has been working as the Hon. Secretary of 'Awaaz' Marathi Sanghatana (Regd.) for the last many years. He is doing his own business in the banking sector.

Mr. Bharat Sahadev Surve has been working as the Director of The Thane District Co-op. Housing Federation Ltd. since 2015. He has been working as the founder president of Loksewa Samiti Dombivli. Shri. Mahapurush Vikas Mandal-Jambhavade, Shri. is the president of Datta Jayanti Utsav Samiti. He is working in various social organizations of Yogvedanta Samiti, Dombivli and Konkan and is a businessman.

Mr. Vitthal Baliram Juvekar was working as the Honorary Secretary of Sukhdarshan Co-op. Housing Society Ltd. Devdaya Nagar, Thane for 12 years. Since 2008, he has been working as a Director at The Thane District Co-op. Housing Federation Ltd. He is a life member of the Alumni Service Mumbai.

Mr. Santosh Ganpat Tawde has more than 37 years of experience as an agriculture/horticulture expert. Experience in the field of tree plantation and conservation, experience as Secretary of Co.Op. Housing Society Ltd., Samata Nagar, Thane for more than 5 years. Snehsindhu is working as the Vice President of Krishi Pratishthan Rajapur. Elected as an expert member of the Tree Authority in Thane Municipal Corporation from 2015 to 2017.

Mr. Rajesh Sawant himself is an electronics engineer and is an M. B. A. in Project Management. He is a member of Jagmat Charitable Trust, Kolbad, a member of Kolbad Mitra Mandal and a member of P. T. R. A. social organizations and is active in social work. He has been active in the work of the housing society for many years.

Mr. Santosh Dashrath Salunkhe has completed his education up to B. A and is a professional. He is working as the secretary of Sanskar Sevabhai Sanstha, Vishwas Samajik Sanstha Thane, Rambhau Mhalgi Lecture Thane City Society Manch. Mr. Saibaba has been working as an advisor to the Seva Mandal for 23 years.

Mr. Raghuveer Shankar Potdar retired as an officer from Reserve Bank of India. Member of Reserve Bank of India Officers Association, also served as Joint Secretary of Reserve Officers Co-op. Credit Society Ltd. Vijay Park Co. Op. Housing Societies Federation President and also Honorary Secretary of Vijay Park Society.

Mr. Nandkumar Vast is a retired department head of Cadbury India Ltd., a multinational company, for 40 years. He is the current secretary of Vartaknagar Sports Club Thane, a gymnasium, bodybuilding, power lifting, social and cultural organization. He has been working as the secretary of Shivai Nagar Adarsh Co. Op. Ho. Society Thane, a housing society, for the last ten years.

Mrs. Shailaja Gaste has been working as a certified auditor in the audit panel formed by the Cooperative Department of the Government since 2004 and on the Administrator Panel and Election Panel of Cooperative Housing Societies from the Cooperative Department of the Government. Since she has been doing the audit work of housing societies for many years, she has been providing guidance and advice regarding the redevelopment process of cooperative societies with direct participation.

Mrs. Vidya Prashant Kadam was working as President, Secretary and Treasurer in various cooperative societies. She has 15-20 years of experience and is involved in social work like organizing activities for women empowerment, educational guidance for students, making free equipment for the disabled etc.

Mrs. Vidya Vijay Chaudhari has been the Director of The Thane District Co. Op. Housing Federation Ltd. since 2008. She has experience of working as an administrator and election officer in housing societies from the government's cooperative department. She has guided many housing societies in the Vartaknagar area and has also worked as the President and Director of Vartaknagar Majivade Consumer Organization.

Mrs. Akanksha Avinash Chaudhari has been working as a Director in The Thane District Co-op. Housing Federation since 2015. She has been working as an Accountant and Auditor in the Co-operative Housing Society sector since 1997 and has guided many housing societies. She is the Chief Advisor of various Co-operative Societies. She also has experience of working as an Administrator and Election Officer in Housing Societies from the Co-operative Department of the Government.

Mr. Bhagwant Harne retired as Divisional Manager from United Insurance Company. He has been working as a Director in Thane District Co. Op. Housing Federation Ltd. since 2015 and also as a Director in Samarth Co. Op. Consumers Stores Ltd. since 2007.

Mr. Ashok Ramchandra Tatkare, who retired from the well-known Raymond Company in Thane for 25 years, is working as the President of Deepali Housing Society. At the same time, he is working in the nomadic liberated tribal community in Raigad through local organizations.
