ठाणे हौसिंग फेडरेशन मार्फत आयोजित केलेलेअभ्यासक्रम
सहकारी गृहनिर्माण संस्थेच्या व्यवस्थापना अभ ्यासक्रम
सहकारी गृहनिर्माण संस्थेच्या व्यवस्थापनामध्ये पूर्णवेळ/अर्धवेळ व्यवस्थापक म्हणून कामकाज करण्याची संधी. सदर अभ्यासक्रम उत्तीर्ण झाल्यावर शासनाच्या सहकार विभाग व दि ठाणे डिस्ट्रिक्ट को.ऑपरेटिव्ह हौसिंग फेडरेशनच्या संयुक्त सहीने प्रमाणपत्र दिले जाते. सहकारी गृहनिर्माण संस्थेच्या व्यवस्थापनामध्ये पदाधिकारी, सल्लागार, लेखापाल, व्यवस्थापन समितीमध्ये सदस्य, "तज्ञ संचालक" म्हणून काम करण्याची संधी.
भविष्यामध्ये जी.डी.सी अँड ए. व सहकारी गृहनिर्माण संस्था व्यवस्थापन कोर्स उत्तीर्ण झालेल्या विद्यार्थांना सहकार विभागाकडून निवडणूक निर्णय अधिकारी म्हणून काम करण्याची संधी. सहकारी गृहनिर्माण संस्थेमध्ये व्यवस्थापक म्हणून नोकरीची हमी.
सहकारी गृहनिर्माण संस्था व्यवस्थापन कोर्सचे विषय:
१) गृहनिर्माण संस्था इतिहास, व्याख्या व व्याप्ती
२) गृहनिर्माण संस्था व्यवस्थापन
३) गृहनिर्माण संस्था हिशोब लेखन पद्धती व तपासणी
४) गृहनिर्माण संस्था कायदा व इतर निगडित कायदे
५) गृहनिर्माण संस्था व्यवस्थापकाची भूमिका
६) प्रात्यक्षिक
सदर कोर्सचा कालावधी ३२ सत्रांचा असून शनिवार, रविवार या सुट्टीच्या दिवशी घेतला जातो.
गृहनिर्माण संस्था संचालक / सेवक यांच्या प्रशिक्षणा बाबत
१) हे प्रशिक्षण दि ठाणे डिस्ट्रिक्ट को-ऑपरेटिव्ह हौसिंग फेडेरेशन लि. ठाणे संस्थेच्या अद्ययावत प्रशिक्षण सेंटरमध्ये देण्यात येईल.
२) प्रशिक्षणाची वेळ सकाळी १०.३० ते संध्याकाळी ५.३० (शनिवार, रविवार व सुट्टीच्या दिवशी)
३) प्रशिक्षणामध्ये सोसायटी व्यवस्थापन, सहकार कायदा व नियम, उपविधी, ऑडिट, संचालक सभा, विशेष व वार्षिक सर्व साधारण सभांचे कामकाज, पत्रव्यवहार, पुनर्विकास, प्रक्रिया यांची त्याचप्रमाणे इतर महत्वाच्या विषयांची अद्ययावत माहिती देण्यात येते.
४) प्रशिक्षण पूर्ण केल्यानंतर महाराष्ट्र राज्य सहकारी संघाचे प्रमाणपत्र देण्यात येईल.
गृहनिर्माण संस्था सभासद प्रशिक्षण बाबत
१) आपल्या संस्थेने प्रशिक्षण घेण्याबाबत प्रस्ताव ठाणे डिस्ट्रिक्ट को-ऑपरेटिव्ह हौसिंग फेडरेशन कार्यालयात सादर करावे.
२) प्रशिक्षणामध्ये संस्था व्यवस्थापन, सहकार कायदा, नियम, उपविधी व इतर महत्वांच्या विषयांची अद्ययावत माहिती देण्यात येईल.
३) हे प्रशिक्षण गृहनिर्माण संस्थेच्या आवारात/जागेत देण्यात येईल.
४) प्रशिक्षण विषयी अर्ज प्रशिक्षण शुल्का सहित फेडरेशनकडे सादर केल्या नंतर तारीख व वेळ सोसायटीला कळविली जाईल.
५) प्रशिक्षण शुल्काचा धनादेश ठाणे डिस्ट्रिक्ट को-ऑपरेटिव्ह हौसिंग फेडरेशनच्या नावे द्यावा.
Our Courses
Co-operative Housing Society Management Course
Opportunity to work as a full-time/part-time manager in the management of a cooperative housing society. After passing the course, a certificate is issued jointly by the Government's Cooperative Department and the Thane District Cooperative Housing Federation. Opportunity to work as an office bearer, consultant, accountant, member of the management committee, or "expert director" in the management of a cooperative housing society.
In the future, students who have passed the G.D.C. & A. and Cooperative Housing Society Management Course will have the opportunity to work as an election decision officer from the Cooperative Department. guaranteed job as a manager in a cooperative housing society.
Cooperative Housing Society Management Course Topics:
1) Housing Society History, Definition, and Scope
2) Housing Society Management
3) Housing Society Accounting Practice and Inspection
4) Housing Society Act and other related laws
5) Role of Housing Society Manager
6) Practical
The duration of this course is 32 sessions and is taken on Saturdays and Sundays, which are holidays.
Regarding the training of Housing Society Directors / Servants
1) This training will be provided at the Thane District Co-operative Housing Federation Ltd., Thane Institute's updated training center.
2) Training time is from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays)
3) The training provides up-to-date information on society management, cooperative law and rules, bye-laws, audit, directors' meeting, proceedings of special and annual general meetings, correspondence, redevelopment, procedures as well as other important topics.
4) After completing the training, a certificate from the Maharashtra State Cooperative Union will be given.
Regarding Housing Society Member Training
1) Your organization should submit a proposal to the Thane District Co-operative Housing Federation office for taking the training.
2) The training will provide up-to-date information on society management, cooperative law, rules, bylaws, and other important topics.
3) This training will be provided at the premises/location of the housing society.
4) After submitting the application for training along with the training fee to the Federation, the date and time will be communicated to the Society.
5) The cheque for the training fee should be made payable to Thane District Cooperative Housing Federation.
